Here's is a conversation that just took place in my living room:
(Benjamin, playing the roll of football player, and Hannah, playing the roll of cheerleader)
H: You need to move over and don't run over the cheerleader. (hands on hips, I'm sure)
B: No, I'm playing football. (not giving her a second glance)
H: You need to listen to the cheerleader and do what she says. (in a little louder voice, with a stomp of the foot)
B: No, I'm playing football.
H: IF YOU TELL ME NO ONE MORE TIME, I'M GOING TO CALL THE PLUMBER!
I wanted to ask what the plumber would do about it, but I couldn't risk ruining the moment.
Oh, life with two preschoolers.
I wouldn't trade it for the world!
